With joint bank accounts, only the information for the holder who logged in will be returned.
Each person on a joint account has his/her own unique LoginId. So if Mr. and Mrs. Flinks have a joint bank account, it is only her holder information that will be returned.
If you need data on each user, both Mr. and Mrs. Flinks will need to login.
